Denno is finally gaining momentum as one of the most respected new voices in dancehall with his new break-ut single, Wine and Brace. The single has been gaining significant airplay on FM radio over the last few weeks, and the young deejay has become one of the new names that promoters are banking on to pack clubs and venues overseas.
"My career is really starting to take off. I have a great support staff with my label, Master One Productions, and my songs are gaining traction overseas in a big way. Right now, things are poised to go to the next level," Denno said in a release.
Denno will be embarking on a promotional tour that will see him performing in Europe this October, after which he will return to Jamaica for a few club shows before leaving for Africa in December.
This is only the most recent foray into mainstream stardom. In the past he has released singles which received heavy rotation and even enjoyed prominent positions on several charts, including CVM TV's "Hit List", with the medley video of Mi Feel It and Make it.
"That was the beginning of my rise as a serious artiste in the business," Denno said. "I want to keep it clean and positive, but I wanna be fresh and entertaining. it is a delicate balance, but I am figuring it out."
Last year, Denno performed for thousands of children on the RETV School Tour and got great reception from the crowd each time. His first break-through single, Caah Stop Dah Yute Yah, along with a video, cemented his place as an artiste to watch. and now with Wine and Brace dominating the airwaves, there's just no stopping Denno.
