A 'Spicey' performance at Tracks and Records

FEMALES came out in their numbers to Usain Bolt's Tracks and Records club in St Andrew on Tuesday night not only to mingle, but to see dancehall artiste Spice's performance.

The entertainer, whose given name is Grace Hamilton, was guest performer at the weekly Behind the Screens concert series.

Sexily clad in a short silver-and-pink trench coat, Spice took the stage at approximately 11:20 pm.

"Mi a go start this different. Let me bless up the place," she said before singing the gospel chorus When the Saints Go Marching In and Christ So Real to Me.

With the gospel segment out of the way, the entertainer removed her coat showing off a head-turning, tight fitting black-and-silver cat-suit. Gyrating her hips sexily, much to the delight of the males present, she went into her popular songs like Fight Ova Man, Fix Me, and A Nuh My Fault. Interacting with her audience, Spice removed her shoes and danced with a few patrons as she performed the hit songs Ramping Shop and Body Great.

Half-way through her set, she invited female dancehall artiste Tifa to share the stage. Before performing their collaboration That's Why You Mad, Tifa had the patron's approval as she performed Dash Out, Spell it Out, Wife Mi Up and Take back di touch. After Tifa's exit, Spice backed by the Ruff Kutt continued to reel off a steady flow of hits songs like Jim Screechy, Hotta Dan Dem and Holidays.

Before her performance, host of the proceedings dancehall artiste Stacious premiered the video for Spice and Tifa's collaboration That's Why You mad.
