Reggae entertainers Junior Kelly, Natural Black and Prestige each took the stage at the four-day Reggae On The River festival recently in California.
The 29th annual Reggae On The River festival welcomed a record-breaking crowd thirsty for music and vibes.
80-minute performance
Natural Black took the stage on Saturday, August 3, and gave an 80-minute performance. Conquer Dem, Just Like In The Movies, Stubborn Woman and Far From Reality were among the songs he delivered. With the sweet sounds coming from his harmony, singers and the melodious rhythms of his backing band, Natural Black captivated his audience and quenched their musical thirst.
The following day, Sunday, August 4, Junior Kelly performed to rave reviews. The anticipation was high as this was his first Reggae On The River performance.
As Kelly belted out the notes of Tough Life, he could do no wrong, and had the screaming fans under his control. For almost an hour and a half, he kept it going with Rasta Should Be Deeper, Black Am I, Boom Draw and Love So Nice among others.
That same Sunday, conscious reggae artiste Prestige also took to the stage and performed receiving a good response from the crowd. He sang songs such as Hustler, Smoke Free, Happiness and Thank You Mama.
During his performance, the artiste made his way through the crowd interacting with patrons on various songs.
