German based Reggae artist Roots Queen has had to cancel her trip to Jamaica due to an accident she had on the 12th of November. After extensive x-rays it is now confirmed that she has ankle ligament damage and will be unable to walk for six weeks. The artist was scheduled to be on the island from November 27th 2013 through February 22nd 2014 and would have been accompanied by her manager, Steve Stephens. Although Roots Queen spent leisure time in Jamaica before, this trip would have been a business one as she planned to promote her first studio album, “Powerful Energy”, which was released on September 24th.
Based on the turn of events, Roots Queen’s manager, Steve Stephens, is now focusing his attention on bookings for her in 2014. They have decided that they will postpone the trip to Jamaica until March and in the meantime is inviting anyone wanting to work with Roots Queen to contact them via email at karmamedia9@gmail.com or rootsqueenmusic@gmail.com
