
The song is now receiving increasing airplay and is shaping up to be a fall hit for both artistes.
Lies & Tricks (check the tune here) is a commentary on the political state of the world where rhetoric is not equal to action on the part of elected officials. Both artistes are firmly committed to the cultural and conscious side of the music business, and on this offering they pull no punches in hammering their point home.

Some of his other releases are Lose Control featuring Natural Black, Ethiopian Child with French band Ondubground and Facebook Girls. The video for Facebook Girls has been praised for its high quality and is enjoying regular rotation, along with his debut video, the Nordia Rose directed Take You There.
A music video for Lies & Tricks is also in the works, and this video should be filmed and released before the end of the year.
Hefla Nyah has been working with a number of producers; he recently completed two songs, one for Ralston 'Rallo' Barrett on his soon to be released Big One Drop rhythm called The Way and The Shepherd for Fitzroy Francis on his Mightyful 13 on the Essence of Life rhythm.
